The Carmi-White County Volleyball team defeated Mt. Vernon, Indiana last night in three sets; 26-24, 25-12, and 25-14.
The Lady Bulldogs improve to 17-4 on the season, they will travel to Hamilton County tomorrow night for a Black Diamond Conference matchup with the Lady Foxes.
The Carmi-White County Jr. High Baseball and Softball teams hosted Flora yesterday afternoon.
The Lady Bullpups picked up their 9th straight win with a 16-0 victory. Mollie Burnett homered and Kai Wiggins recorded 5 RBIs in the win.
The Bullpups had their 9-game winning streak come to an end as they fell by a score of 10-0.
Jack Taylor, Sam Lynn, and Bennett Tomassetti picked up base hits in the loss.
The CWCHS Boys & Girls Golf teams will travel to Fairfield this afternoon.
The CWCHS Girls Tennis team will host Marion today.
The Carmi-White County Football team will host Fairfield this Friday night for Week 5 of the IHSA Football season.
The Bulldogs come into Friday’s game with a 1-3 record, meanwhile Fairfield comes up at 4-0.
