A New Haven man is behind bars facing charges of Indecent Solicitation filed with a subsection of Aggravated Sexual Abuse making the charge a Class 3 felony. 50-year-old Christopher Byers faces three counts of that charge and an additional two counts of a Grooming charge that dates back to June of this year. Byers was arrested Saturday evening and appeared in Gallatin County court for a first appearance Monday morning.
