The Carmi-White County Boys & Girls Golf teams traveled to Harrisburg yesterday to face Harrisburg, NCOE, Hardin County, and Gallatin County.
The Lady Bulldogs placed 2nd with a team score of 222.
Katelyn Davis shot a career-low 44 as she finished in 2nd Place.
Eva Grogan finished in 8th Place with a 54.
Sophia McCully shot a 61.
Bri Hale shot a 63.
Gabby Mullins shot a 65.
Emma Legg shot a 67.
The Bulldogs placed 3rd with a team score of 175.
Cayden Holloman finished in 3rd Place with a 40.
Alex Hale finished in 5th Place with a 42.
Banks Moore finished in 8th Place with a 43.
Kyson Clark shot a 50.
Rowdy Hall shot a 54.
Jude Pollard shot a 57.
Both CWCHS Golf Teams will head to Franklin County Country Club on Monday for the Black Diamond Conference Preview Tournament.
The Carmi-White County Bulldog Football team will travel to Johnston City tonight to kick off the 2026 high school football season.
The Bulldogs look to turn the page following a 0-9 campaign in 2025, as Carmi does return numerous starters on both sides of the ball.
The Indians are coming off a 10-1 season last year in which they won the Black Diamond Conference for the 5th time in the last 6 seasons, however they did graduate a big senior class.
Carmi is looking for their first win over the Indians since 2019, and their first win in JC since 2016.
