An Albion man is behind bars after his arrest on Thursday.
43-year-old Keith Armstrong was arrested on two charges: Aggravated Identity Theft and Theft under $500.
The charges stem from an incident in early August. Armstrong will be waiting behind bars until he can see a judge.
