A Carmi man spent the weekend behind bars at the White County Jail following his arrest Friday afternoon. Carmi Police say they arrested 43-year-old Randall Flowers of 3rd Street at his home just before 4:30pm. Flowers was wanted according to the report on a Vanderburgh County warrant for a probation violation. The Carmi man had been in the clear in White County since receiving a conditional discharge sentence in May of this year on a charge dating back to August of 2025 for Obstruction of Justice/Destroying Evidence.
