Three Men Arrested on Warrants

On Tuesday afternoon, a Norris City resident was arrested at the White County Sheriff’s Department lobby for a Gallatin County warrant.
The warrant charges for Nathan Ford include Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property. Ford remains at the White County Jail per the conditions of the warrant.
WROY/WRUL News has yet to receive the police report for the arrest of an Indiana man on Monday. In the meantime, court documents show Evansville native Anthony Mayes is facing two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Driver Failed to Give Notice of Crash, Failure to Reduce Speed, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, and Improper Lane Usage in Carmi.
In addition to those charges in White County, Mayes was also served with an Indiana Department of Correction warrant while he was behind bars at the White County Jail.
Mayes was given an arraignment date of August 12 at 10 am for the White County charges.
The last warrant arrest was for an Enfield man who violated his probation.
28-year-old Jacob Rowe was arrested at the White County Probation Office and then transported to the White County Jail.
Rowe’s warrant is a Failure to Appear on a 2024 charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. He failed to appear for his court date on June 29, 2026.
