A Clarksville, Tennessee, man, Rigo Cervera, was stopped on Monday night by Carmi Police for failing to use a left-turn signal.
According to the arrest report, police placed Cervera under arrest for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle by a driver and issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Cervera was given a court date of July 28 at 9 am.
