Monday afternoon, Carmi Police pulled over 42-year-old Danielle Carter.
After the stop, Carter was cited for Operation of a Motor Vehicle while Registration is Suspended and later released from the scene. The passenger, however, was not so lucky.
Meanwhile, the passenger, 45-year-old Melissa Huff, was arrested on a White County warrant for Driving While License Revoked for the third time. Huff was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Obstructing Justice, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Huff was detained for her charges. She will have a First Appearance on March 24 at 10 am.
