An Indiana native was arrested Monday night and released.
Carmi Police pulled over Lee Cress from Petersburg, Indiana, at Pundrakes around 10:30pm. Police arrested Cress for Unlawful Display of Registration and cited him for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Police later released him and set a First Appearance for April 28.
