On Monday, a White County Sheriff Deputy responded to the Probation Office after receiving a report that an individual had admitted to drug use there.
Justin Nelson informed his probation officer on Monday that he had used drugs, thereby violating the terms of his probation.
Nelson, who was placed on probation after pleading guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine in September 2025, will remain in custody following his recent admission until he appears before a judge.
Also on Monday, a Hamilton County arrest warrant was given to an individual.
Galatia resident, Willie Wiseman, was already behind bars at the White County Jail, and was served his warrant for a charge of Domestic Battery.
Wiseman will be detained until he can see a judge.
