At 2:06 pm on Sunday, a Deputy with the White County Sheriff’s Department was notified of an individual with an active warrant.
The Deputy, along with Carmi Police, went to the individual’s location. There, they found Curtis Martin, whose active warrant was for White County for Violation of Sex Offender Registry.
Martin was transferred to the White County Jail, where he went before a judge on Monday morning and was ordered to mental health treatment.
