Mayor Travis Thompson is touting the City of Grayville’s latest grant win. Thompson says the municipality has received word their Community Development Block Grant has been accepted for $1 million and will be used for much needed repairs to the Sewer Waste Lagoon. It’s the third grant in about six and a half years totaling more than $2 million. Thompson would go on to say, “This is another step in the right direction as we continue to budget and apply for grants in order to improve our infrastructure. We would like to thank Milano and Grunloh Engineering for their help with this project.”
