A Francisco, Indiana man will be back in Carmi for a mandatory White County court date on December 9th at 9am. That’s after he was arrested late Thursday evening by Carmi Police. Officers say a drivers side headlight being out prompted the stop. That traffic stop led to law enforcement finding out 20-year-old Broc Goad was Driving while License Suspended. Goad was taken to jail, booked, processed and released shortly after midnight.
