A 21-year-old is free following his arrest Thursday evening at the Carmi city limits. Law enforcement pulled over Jacob Lewis with addresses listed both in Carmi and Flora near Jansen Auto just before 9pm. Lewis was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving while License Revoked and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. He was released with a notice to appear just after 10pm.
