A Crossville man is out on Pre Trial Release following his arrest Tuesday afternoon by the White County Sheriff’s Department. It was just after 3pm when a Sergeant with the agency was advised by White County States Attorney Chris Neal that 52-year-old Jeffery Norman was with him in the lobby to turn himself in on a White County warrant. That warrant is related to an August 9th charge of Theft through Deception with a prior conviction. Norman was released within about 15 minutes of being booked and is now due in court for a first appearance on October 27th.
