Jerry Lee HolmanCarmi, IL

Jerry Lee Holman, 36, of Carmi, IL., passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born on September 21, 1988, in Kentucky, the son of Charles Keith and Vickie (Fishback) Holman. Jerry enlisted in the Army as an infantryman. Following his time in the service, he worked at Sabic and BWXT in Mt. Vernon, IN. He loved to fish, go duck hunting, and watch the St. Louis Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

   Jerry is survived by his mother, Vickie Holman of Carmi and two daughters, Kazlyn Holman of New Haven and Kyndall Holman of Carmi; four brothers, James Fowler, Michael Fowler, Jessie Plumley, and Jacob Plumley; a grandmother, Judy Holman; a special friend, Keisha Simmons; and several other family members. He was preceded in death by his father.

   A graveside service for Jerry Lee Holman will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 5th, 2025, at Kuykendall Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses. Donations may also be mailed to 609 W.
