The Carmi Township is seeking sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the roof on the Carmi Township Office, located at 304 South Church Street in Carmi.
The project includes the complete removal of the existing roof, inspection, cleaning, and removal of all debris in and around the existing roof. Installation of a new roofing system in accordance with local building codes, prevailing wage, and the best industry practices.
You can pick up a bid packet at the Carmi Township building, located at 304 South Church Street, and submit it, sealed, by September 9th at 4:00 p.m.
