
A Carmi woman was arrested on Friday, just after 11 am.
The White County Probation Office notified a Carmi Police Officer that 35-year-old Sasha Richards had violated her probation.
Richards was placed under arrest and will wait to see a judge on July 14th at 9 am.
On Father’s Day, Carmi Police arrested two individuals during a traffic stop.
43-year-old Dawn Harrington was stopped by police for Failure to Signal and then arrested for Driving While License Suspended.
Unfortunately for Harrington, it didn’t end there. Not only was Dawn arrested, but 41-year-old Clyde Harrington was also arrested.
Dawn’s charges include Possession of Methamphetamine 15-100 grams, Unlawful Use of Property, two citations for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, Failure to Signal when Required, and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.
Clyde received charges of Possession of Methamphetamine 15-100 grams, Unlawful Use of Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition by a Felon, Obstructing Justice, and Obstructing a Peace Officer.
