Fairfield Memorial Hospital is committed to providing convenient, high-quality care for our patients. Beginning May 5th, patients requiring outpatient infusions will receive their treatments in designated locations based on the time and day of their appointment.
Outpatient Infusion Scheduling and Locations:
· Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Infusion procedures will be conducted in the Surgery Department.
· After Hours, Weekends, and Major Holidays
Infusion services will take place in the Outpatient Room on the Medical Surgical Unit.
To ensure a smooth process, patients must contact the Precertification Specialist prior to their scheduled infusion. Please call 618-847-8228 to begin the precertification process and confirm your appointment details.
