21-year-old Dakota Poston of Carmi is out on Pre Trial Release following his arrest Wednesday late afternoon. It was just after 5:30pm when Carmi Police picked up Poston at his home on 6th Street. He’s being charged on a felony warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Online court records don’t show information related to the warrant including when he’s due back before a judge.
