A White County Sheriff’s Deputy noticed Danny Stephens driving in Crossville on February 21st; Stephens had an active Arrest Warrant for a Failure to Appear on a charge of Improper Bumper.
The Deputy called into dispatch to confirm, which they did. Stephens was transferred to the White County Jail until he saw a judge.
