A Carmi man is behind bars following his arrest Tuesday evening on Conger in Carmi. Police arrested 37 year old Forrest Ison just after 7pm on a warrant out of White County for unlawful possession of Meth. Additionally, Ison will be facing charges of Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer. Ison is being held on $2,500 bond at the White County Jail.
