A 35 year old Carmi man is free following his arrest Monday afternoon by Carmi Police. Officials say they were investigating a camper trailer theft and obtained video footage showing Karl Dean Holland of Shipley Street driving the truck that pulled the camper from it’s location. Holland was arrested and charged with Driving While License Revoked. The truck Holland was driving was towed from his residence and the camper recovered as well from a different location. A separate report has been forwarded to States Attorney Denton Aud. Holland could face additional charges stemming from the camper theft complaint. Holland posted $250 bond Tuesday and is awaiting a court date.
