42 year old Bobby Hancock, of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Saturday, just after noon, for Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation, following a call for service to the area of the 500 block of 5th Street for a verbal altercation between two females. Mr. Hancock, knowing one of the females came to the scene and began shouting obscenities and threats towards the complainants. Hancock was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and intimidation (class 3 felony). The verbal altercation between the females is still currently under investigation. Hancock is being held in the White County Jail.
