Carmi Woman Reports Theft of a Dolly to Carmi Police Saturday

Joyce Hillyard of Carmi reported to Carmi Police Saturday afternoon, someone stole a green dolly with straps from her yard at 1300 Gilpin Street between October 1^st and October 24^th.
