36 year old Kendra K. Pennington of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Friday night, following a traffic stop on 6th Street South of Sycamore Street, for Driving on a Suspended License. She was taken to the White County Jail where she bonded out to $250 cash plus a $20 booking fee.
