Carmi Woman Arrested for Retail Theft Early Tuesday Morning

Madison A. Turner, 18, of Carmi, was arrested for Retail Theft by Carmi Police early Tuesday morning, shortly after 1:00 AM, at Huck’s. She bonded out on $250 cash plus a $20 booking fee.
