Browning Arrested by Carmi Police for Driving on a Suspended License

Tarynn L. Browing, 22, of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday afternoon. She was stopped on Route 1 just south of Carmi for Driving on a Suspended License. She was released at the scene on a Notice To Appear.
