Claris J. Sturgal, of 601 N. 7th Street, Carmi, reported to Carmi Police Sunday afternoon, the theft of a black kettle from her front yard. She told Officers the kettle was located near the front porch. Sturgal estimates the kettle was stolen during the last week.
