A 32 year old Carmi man, Alex R. Ricketts will be spending the next 6 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a Class 3 felony conviction of Possession of Methamphetamine. That will be followed by 1 year of Mandatory Supervised Release. Ricketts was recommended to participate in the Impact Incarceration Program (“Boot Camp”)
