March 24, 11 a.m. – Disaster Planning for Your Small Business. This is an online event by Kari Lane, Environmental Health Practitioner with Egyptian Health Department, about how you can be prepared for a weather emergency for National Weather Preparedness Month. March 26, 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. – Pre-K Screenings will take place at SIC in Harrisburg in front of the Learning Commons/Library in A building. This is open to ages 3-5 who will not be kindergarten eligible in the fall. An appointment is required by Thursday, March 25, along with a copy of the child’s official birth certificate as well as copies of two most recent paycheck stubs for each parent. April 6, 6-7:30 p.m. – A Senior Adults Smartphone Class taught by Amy Craig will be held at the David L. Stanley White County Center in Carmi at 1700 College Ave. Content will be class driven.
